The 8% comes from the contract that One Trade S.A. signs directly with the investor. Wyndham neither signs nor guarantees anything related to the 8% · Wyndham is the hotel operator, not the guarantor of the yield. The contractual obligation of 8% per year lies with One Trade S.A., regardless of the hotel's actual occupancy.
For legal rigour. The word "guaranteed" has a very strict definition in financial regulation (CNMV Spain, FINMA Switzerland, SEC USA). To avoid interpretations that would classify this product as a regulated financial instrument, we use "by contract" · which is what it actually is: an agreed and signed commitment, enforceable through the courts.
Annually during construction and quarterly once the hotel enters operation, by international transfer in US dollars (USD), to the bank account you designate in any country. The 8% is received from the first day of the investment. You receive quarterly reporting with the detail of payments and the hotel's operations.
The room remains yours. The agreement with Wyndham includes renewal once the term ends. In the remote scenario of the operator exiting, One Trade is obliged to reassign the operation to another hotel chain of equivalent category to keep the asset running.
Yes, as with any investment. The main ones: operator solvency (Wyndham is a public NYSE company with quarterly reporting, very low risk), Paraguay country risk (stable BB+/BB rating), and exchange rate risk. There is no operating risk for the investor: the yield does not depend on actual occupancy.
Yes. The purchase is financed by One Trade directly to the investor, not by a bank. The standard plan is: a USD 10,000 reservation on signature, 50% of the total within 7 days, 30% of the total at 6 months, and the remaining 20% on handover of keys.
No. Signing can be done by apostilled power of attorney before a notary in your country of residence. We accompany you throughout the legal and tax process, with trusted notaries and lawyers.
